The Pasta Project

My goal with the Pasta Project is to contribute to the preservation of pasta-making techniques in the home. Pasta books are great. I love them and have a ton of them. However, learning to shape and prepare pasta by hand is much easier in a visual format. I have some video pasta tutorials available on IGTV and formerly I was on a platform called The Plate. I am currently in the process of deciding how I will approach teaching in the future. Stay tuned.
